The fatty acids contained in oats are ground into fine particles and added to soap. They can relieve skin discomfort, reduce inflammation and stop itching, help to gently exfoliate, remove dirt, take away old dead skin cells, regulate dull skin tone, and restore smoothness and luster .

In addition, milk is rich in milk fat , vitamins and minerals , which make the skin smoother and more moisturized . After washing, the skin is covered with a protective film, making the skin feel smooth.
