Every evening, they would use Kyphi to relax and heal their minds. The recipe for Kyphi varied across dynasties and was a blend of 16-32 different ingredients. This captivating fragrance can help calm the mind, and legend has it that even pharaohs enjoyed using Kyphi during meditation.
